'Ruth planned three Key Stage 3 schemes of work for our school as part of our curriculum development. The resources she created were extremely high quality and have been a joy to teach. 

 

Ruth met with me online to find out exactly what the school needed. She understood what we were looking for and adapted her approach to support the school's planning protocols exactly so that the resources were tailor made to our students and the approach of the school. She produced schemes of work, knowledge organisers and teaching resources covering topics from Buddhism, philosophy of religion and Islam. Her excellent subject knowledge meant the resources were enriching and able to stretch and challenge the most able students. Her planning was also engaging and relevant to students' lives, incorporating lots of relevant and interesting videos and case studies.  She differentiated resources to support low prior attaining students, as well as incorporating literacy activities and extended writing in the work.  The resulting schemes of work were extremely engaging; they provoked a lot of debate and discussion with students.

 

It was great working with Ruth; she was efficient, worked to tight deadlines and delivered top quality Religious Studies planning. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again because she saved our department so much time, while producing something that was tailor made to our needs.'
